While I'm not ignoring the harder things these days - not possible anyway, but would just be denial if you could - I'm finding that trying to spend even some small part of my day focusing just on writing down the good things going on has helped my attitude. Still lots of rough patches in the day, but overall I've found this practice has gotten me going in the right direction again. Definitely recommend it.
